A love song to Australia is one of Charbel Baini's books translated by Paul Abdul Ahad

GOULBURN

One night of the love nights

Our station stopped in you

O, Goulburn

And the heart beats

The longer our night goes

The ferocious cold covered the way

And pierced its horns in our room

We couldn't leave the bed

The more the cold gets mad

The less were our sleep hours

Abla doesn't wake up early

And my night's sleep flew away

I woke up but Goulburn's birds didn't

?Where did they pass the night

A big ram woke with me

Its eyes are guards on the road

It kept me awake itself
